Store Manager


Working as a Store Manager is a great opportunity.

The manager is responsible for the productivity of ‘her store’ and she will be successful when she motivates her team.   • Applicants must have a minimum 3 years of management experience, in women's fashion with a staff of no less than 5.
  • Amazing leadership and communication skills.
  • Applicants must love fashion and have their own personal style that is confident and professional and be highly knowledgeable about current fashion trends and how to make her customers look their best.
  • Applicant must have a strong sense of visual merchandising, store organization and staff efficiency.
  • Applicant must understand the principles of loss prevention, inventory management, staff scheduling, conflict resolution, problem solving and be proficient with a computer and Windows.
  • Be able to train and inspire her team to reach their highest individual potential.
  • Although the manager is responsible for her store at all times her work schedule is 5 days a week from Tuesday to Saturday, with two days in a row off, Sunday and Monday.   However, she must be flexible to accommodate the needs of her store.
