Assistant Manager

If you feel that you can do more than provide excellent customer service and you want to develop your leadership skills then the Assistant Manager position is for you.

You will work directly with your Store Manager to build a team that runs your store like it was your own business. You will take part in training and motivating your team to deliver service excellence through fashion knowledge and customer relationships which result in the rewards and satisfaction of exceeding sales expectations. You will run the store yourself two days a week. The leadership skills and responsibility you will develop will assist you in all aspects of your life and your career.


Job Skills:

• Applicants must have 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in women's fashion. Related experience will also be considered.
• Applicant must be enthusiastic about current fashion trends and skilled at helping customers put their individual looks together.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• The Assistant Manager schedule includes working Sunday and Monday.
• Computer experience.
