Team Supervisor

The Team Supervisor is an experienced expert consultant who understands how the Plum store works.

She is familiar with all the procedures, policies and systems in the store and is confident in being able to efficiently and correctly carry out all store operations. The team supervisor helps train the consultants to become experts. She is completely capable of all opening and closing procedures on her own for any Plum store. 


Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma
• Retail management experience, preferably in women’s fashion
• Applicant must be a expert fashion consultant who understands the fundamentals of colours, textiles and how clothing is put together for every body type.
• Applicant must have developed considerable organizational skills and be capable of following procedures correctly and efficiently.
• Computer experience
• Flexible schedule to work days, evening and weekends
