Dress for Success Vancouver fundraising gala shines spotlight on community

On April 21st, more than 400 people will gather at the historic Birk’s building for the fundraising gala: IMPACT An Event for Change. Dress for Success® Vancouver is celebrating its ten year anniversary as the first international affiliate of Dress for Success® Worldwide. It is our goal to make the fundraiser more successful than ever, to ensure Dress for Success Vancouver can continue supporting the economic independence of women in the Lower Mainland.

Keynote Speaker: Elizabeth Watson

Dress for Success Vancouver is thrilled to have Elizabeth Watson as the keynote speaker for the fundraising gala. Watson serves as a director of the Institute of Corporate Directors (National and BC Chapter), the BC Cancer Foundation, and the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs. She is a member of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40 Advisory Board and a past director of Women in the Lead Inc.

Raffle Grand Prize:

Dress for Success Vancouver is also very pleased to announce this year’s grand raffle prize for the event. Birk’s has generously donated a stunning Toni Cavelti diamond necklace in white gold, valuing $4,950. Tickets for the raffle draw are $20 each or 3 for $50.
